A viral video caught Summer Tapasa defending the Best Buy in Aiea from a shoplifter.
Tapasa now has a new job-offer.  UFC President Dana White was so impressed by her, he wants to hire her.

"She gave her two weeks, but then she still goes out and puts herself in harms way to stop this guy from stealing? She should be rewarded, she should be celebrated, not let go sooner," said White.

White said he plans to fly Tapasa out to the Conor McGregor vs. Cowboy Cerrone fight at UFC 246.

"She's the kind of person I want to work for me," said White, "I'm flying her out here. I'm going to put her up in a hotel, I'm going to give her some spending money this weekend, I'm going to rockstar this kid. She's so cool I love it,"

After watching the video on Instagram, the man that runs the biggest mixed martial arts organization in the world, immediately started tracking her down.

"I had my head of PR team reach out to see if we could find her.  Who she is, where she lives, and we got her," explained White.

White also posted on social media about the local hero, and said when he was able to get in touch with her, he loved her excited and appreciative attitude.  But, even he's not sure what exact job he's offering her yet.

"She would be awesome in the security position for us but, maybe she wants to try something different and something new.  I'll see what she's into, or if she even wants to move to Vegas. When you live in Hawaii, I imagine you would have to have a pretty good offer to leave and go somewhere else," said White.
