Laysan albatross begin to lay eggs on Midway Atoll, Kaua'i and O'ahu
The miracle of life was captured on Midway Atoll as a Laysan albatross laid its egg.
The Pacific Islands: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service posted the video to their Facebook page saying albatross colonies are beginning to lay their eggs on Midway Atoll, Kaua'i and O'ahu's North Shore.
"Well don parents! Hang in there!" The group wrote on the social media post.
Parents will take turns sitting on the eggs and foraging for food for the next two months.
