Lifeguards found the body of a missing 20-year-old male swimmer around 8 a.m. at the Moi Hole in waters off Yokohama Bay on Monday.
The Honolulu Medical Examiner has identified him as Diego Medina of Houston, Texas.
Around 5:15 p.m. on Sunday Ocean Safety and Honolulu firefighters responded to two swimmers reportedly in trouble at Moi Hole.
At the time lifeguards were able to rescue 21-year-old Zena Gran from the ocean and brought her to shore where they performed CPR.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services administered advanced life support treatment and transported her to an emergency room in critical condition on Sunday.
