UH fair aims to encourage kids to enter health care field
Over 150 kids came out to the The John A. Burns School of Medicine to get hands on experience doing things like stitching up wounds and putting casts on patients.
There were also career booths from employers from the surrounding area.
The fair is free and put on by undergrad med students who volunteer their time.
This is the 4th year the fair has been held. Participants had to register beforehand in order to attend.
