Hawaii native and Damien Memorial School grad stars in new Netflix holiday film
A local boy and Damien Memorial School graduate Jacob Batalon will be starring in a new Netflix film slated to release Friday.
The holiday movie, "Let It Snow" is based on the best-selling novel -- a romantic comedy about a group of high school seniors stuck in a small town during a snowstorm on Christmas Eve.
Batalon stars in the film alongside Academy Award nominee Joan Cusack and Isabela Moner of "Dora The Explorer."
The Hawaii native previously co-starred in "Spider-Man: Far from Home," "Spider-Man: Homecoming," "Every Day," "The True Don Quixote" and made cameos in two Avenger films.
Batalon is also planning to attend the Hawaii International Film Festival next week as a guest star.
