Kaua'i Police searching for missing Wailua man
The Kaua‘i Police Department (KPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a missing Wailua man.
38-year-old Chaise Lindstedt, was last seen on October 27 operating a 2008 White Toyota Tundra, and was first reported missing by his parents days later on on October 30 -- but there had been no sign of him or his vehicle.
On November 4, police were notified that Lindstedt’s truck was found burned on Power Line Road in Wailua.
A search of the area was conducted by police and the Kaua‘i Fire Department and Air 1, along with officers of the Department of Land and Natural Resources-Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement.
Lindstedt is described as being 6 feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
