Sunday, a Hawaiian Airlines flight scheduled to leave Honolulu for Portland was turned around 30 minutes after takeoff.

A cockpit system indicated a possible issue in one of the two engines, the airline reports.

An emergency landing was declared to obtain handling at HNL where the aircraft landed.

The fight didn't end of leaving Honolulu until 11:30 p.m.

There were 189 passengers were aboard, and all received food vouchers and a $200 compensation.
