Strengthening trade winds will usher in drier air
We have breezy trade winds and much drier air in store. The area of deep tropical moisture that brought the heavy rainfall yesterday is now west of Kauai and will continue to move west and away from the islands. Clouds and showers will transition to windward and mountain locations, mainly through the overnight and early morning hours.
Today: partly cloudy skies with a chance of scattered showers for windward areas. Isolated showers leeward.

North 1 to 3 feet, lowering to 0 to 2 feet tomorrow.
