Man accused of shooting at his ex-girlfriend on Sand Island Access Road pleads not guilty
The man accused of shooting at his ex-girlfriend on Sand Island Access Road pleaded not guilty on Thursday.
59-year-old Theodore Kim appeared in court via closed circuit TV from the O'ahu Community Correctional Center.
A judge confirmed bail at $1 million.
According to court documents, the alleged victim filed a temporary restraining order against Kim just five days before the September 29th incident.
The alleged victim told police that Kim kept shooting at her when she wouldn't go with him.
Kim is charged with first-degree attempted murder and multiple firearms charges.
