A weakened high pressure ridge north of the Hawaiian Islands and a disturbance blocking the wind flow will leave winds light into the weekend. Deeper moisture will move northward out of the tropics through the weekend as an upper level low approaches the islands from the east. Clouds and enhanced showers will spread northward across the state later today into Saturday. Day highs 88-93 night lows 76-81. Surf for the south 2-4', 1-3' for the north west and east.
