A Hawaii Island Restaurant owner in Kea'au was indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting one of his employees on April 27.

The Hawaii Tribune Herald reports 47-year-old Jixue He, also known as Andy He, is charged with Attempted Second Degree Sex Assault, and three counts of Four Degree Sex Assault.

He faces up to 10 years in prison if found guilty, and he's out free after posting $28,000 bail.
