Target's new loyalty program launches nationwide in October. Target Circle will be available to shoppers in the united states beginning October 6.

Target recently opened its second Hawaii distribution center in the Mililani Technology Park in Central O'ahu and is looking to hire about 100 new employees.
Biz Journals says the company is hiring around 100 workers to staff the center, including warehouse workers, operations managers and clerical staff.
The U.S. Postal Service is hosting a special job fair in Honolulu to facilitate the hiring of more than 300 Christmas-season employees.
The fair will be held from 10 A.M. To 1 P.M. On Sunday, September 15 at the Honolulu main post office near the airport. The jobs available are holiday clerks, holiday transportation assistants, casual mail handlers and PSE mail processing clerks, and pay is around 17 to 18 dollars an hour.
U.S. consumer debt is ballooning and it's mainly due to credit card balances. Americans are using the cards more for both every day and online purchases.
Consumer borrowing increased by $23.3 billion in July after a $13.8 billion advance in June, according to the Federal Reserve. Borrowing in the category that covers auto and student loans also posted a sizable gain.
