Australia is battling more than 100 wildfires across two states. Authorities warn that the severe blazes are an "Omen" of a brutal upcoming fire season.

In Queensland, nearly 60 wildfires were burning as of Sunday and in neighboring New South Wales, there are more than 50.

Queensland hasn't seen blazes this bad in more than a century. The fast-moving fires are being helped by dry, swift winds and low humidity, there is also no rain in the forecast for the next week.
