Honolulu Police are looking for witnesses in a fatal motor vehicle crash in Waipahu last month.

The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office identified the man killed as 29-year-old Lesili Sekona Junior of Wai'anae.

KITV4 received exclusive surveillance video of the moments before his death.

You can see Sekona on the far right with two other men riding on the back of a black Chrysler 300 on July 31.

This is at the corner of Hula and Nawaakoa Street where the three later fell off.

Sekona was taken to the Queen's Medical Center where he later died of blunt force injuries to the head.

Just last week family and friends held a vigil in his honor.

Sekona's death was ruled accidental but family told us they still want answers.
