Hawaii ranked second lowest student loan debt
Hawaii has been ranked as the state with the second-lowest state in the country.
WalletHub ranked it second-lowest, only Utah had less debt according to their study.
At the end of the first quarter of 2018, total outstanding college loan balances disclosed on credit reports stood at $1.49 trillion, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
