Hawaii ranked 7th in the nation for the least home price change
Home values are barely going up compared with the rest of the nation, according to the non-profit research website RefiGuide.org.
They found home values reported by Zillow only went up 3.3 percent from March of last year to the same time this year. The national average is 7.2 percent.
Hawaii ranked seventh in the nation for the least price change, just behind California.
In Honolulu, home values only went up 1.8 percent.
The state the saw the least price change at -0.8 percent is Alaska.
