The 2019 12u Cal Ripken State Tournament  Quarterfinal were played at Patsy Mink Central Oahu Regional Park with eight teams vying to move on to represent Hawaii at the Pacific Southwest Regional starting on July 15 in Rohnert Park, California. The eight teams were narrowed down to the final four to play on Sunday.
