Walmart is being sued for selling fake medicine.

The retail chain reportedly confused customers on homeopathic versus science-based medications. For instance, plaintiffs say Walmart sells homeopathic medications in the same aisle as medicines tested and approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

They also say the labels intentionally mislead customers into thinking the two drugs are comparable.

A Walmart spokesman denied the claim saying they look to their suppliers that meet all applicable labeling laws.
