HONOLULU - Monday, Katherine Kealoha's grandmother will get a chance to testify early.

99-year-old Florence Puana is an alleged victim and witness in the corruption case against Katherine and Louis Kealoha.

U.S. prosecutors requested the early testimony because Puana may not be able to make it to the trial because of her age and health.

Her deposition is scheduled for today.

If she is able to make it to the trial, the deposition will be thrown out.
