Unsealed court documents released Thursday show Katherine Kealoha is mentally fit to stand trial.

A forensic psychiatrist evaluated Kealoha last November for about two and a half hours.

According to the psychiatrist, Kealoha understood the charges she faced and the penalties if convicted.

Much of the information in the documents was blacked out.

However, it did state Kealoha was concerned that the intense media coverage of her case will not allow her to find neutral jurors for her trial.

Juror selection for her first trial is scheduled for May 13th.
