HONOLULU - Wednesday, business owners and citizens took part  in a cyber security defense panel.

At the workshop in Honolulu, panelists discussed the threat of cyber security and what to do if you've been hacked.

With many hacks to companies like the Marriott, and banking issues with Wells Fargo, panelists are urging those in Hawaii to do background checks and training.

They also recommend users do phishing assessments, insider threat policy training, and talked about protecting any sensitive data.
