BREAKING - Out of the UK where the European union has hit tech giant, Google, with another big anti-trust fine.

It's the company's third offense in a series of penalties the US company has faced for hindering competition. Wednesday morning, the European Commission ordered Google to pay1.7-billion dollars for abusing its dominant position in online search advertising. The tech company has now been fined more than nine-billion dollars in total by Europe in the last three years.

In a blog post on Tuesday, Google said that it was making changes to its service based on "feedback" from the commission.
