Katherine Kealoha has asked a federal judge to delay her upcoming criminal trial so she can receive cancer treatment.
Kealoha's attorney filed a motion Friday morning requesting the criminal trial be postponed until May 20th.
According to court documents, her doctors determined she must receive "immediate treatment for cancer."

Earlier in February she and her brother, Rudolph Puana, were indicted on 54 counts of abuse of power and illegally distributing drugs.
