HONOLULU - Court documents reveal Katherine Kealoha used cocaine while she was a state prosecutor.
Earlier in February she and her brother, Rudolph Puana, were indicted on 54 counts of abuse of power and illegally distributing drugs.
Puana is a doctor on the Big Island -- he's accused of unlawfully prescribing drugs like oxycodone, Xanax and fentanyl, then coaching co-conspirators on how to resell them.
Kealoha allegedly diverted a drug investigation that would have exposed the activity.
Both pleaded not guilty to the charges in federal court earlier this month.
