HONOLULU - Winter weather has brought its fair share of rain around all of the Hawaiian Islands.

A photo sent in to KITV4 shows flooding and muddy condition at Baldwin Beach Park on Maui. The Department of Parks and Recreation has announced that the park will be closed Tuesday due to inclement weather and muddy conditions in its access road, parking lot and pavilion.

Cleanup began on Monday at the park, but will resume once the weather clears.

Lahaina Aquatic Center is also closed Tuesday due to heavy rain and lifeguards unable to safely see the bottom of the pool.

Assessments of both areas will be made prior to reopening.
