A selling price is set for the home of former Honolulu Police Chief Louis Kealoha and his wife, former Deputy Prosecutor Katherine Kealoha.

The Hawaii Kai house is now listed for 1.3 million dollars after a federal judge ordered its sale back in September.

Former Honolulu Police Chief and his Deputy Prosecutor spouse were unable to pay their legal fees leading Attorney Kevin Sumida to file a motion to sell their house with the Court controlling the proceeds.

Hawaii Central Federal Credit Union claims they defaulted on their mortgage.

Louis and Katherine Kealoha are fighting multiple indictments including accusations they framed a family member.
