Well Halloween has come and gone and some of us may have either leftover candies or lots of extra candies that the kids came home with.  Lifestyle expert, Valerie Joseph has got a few no-bake ideas of what you can do with the candies other than eating them:

(m&m’s, reeses, kit kat, herseys, trail mix, large bowl, mason jars)

Pour your favorite trail mix into large bowl and add some candy, because the best trail mixes have chocolate in them

Store in mason jars for yourself and give a few sweet treats away.

This recipe is so easy that can be whipped up in a matter of minutes.

        You’ll need:

  • ½ cup butter

  • 40 mini Snickers Bars cut into 4 pieces each (or 5 large candy bars, diced, divided)

  • 12oz package mini marshmallows (or 16oz container of Marshmallow Fluff)

  • 12 oz box of Crispix cereal

To make:

  • Melt butter with ½ of diced Snickers Bars

  • Add marshmallows and stir to melt

  • Add cereal

  • Add remaining diced bars

  • Press into greased 9x13” glass pan

  • Allow to cool 20 mins

  • Cut into bars and serve J

Another easy fun recipe the kids can do on their own too!
