HONOLULU - The median price for a single-family home on Oahu hitting an all-time high last month. The price tag? $812,500.

 The analysis conducted by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® uses data collected from its computerized Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system.

The Board says that's almost seven percent higher than the previous record of $810,000. That was set in August of this year.

 The median price for condominiums rose by 0.7 percent to $428,000. Sales for single-family homes declined by 17.4 percent and condominium sales also decreased by 2.9 percent from the same month last year.

According to the Days on Market indicator, the median days for single-family homes was 17 and 20 days for condominiums.
