Hawaiian Electric Company is transporting an eighty-ton transformer from its Ewa Nui substation in Kapolei to the Pukele Substation in Palolo Valley between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m Wednesday.

The weight of the load requires the "Transport Vehicle" to travel about ten to five per-hour on roadways, and five miles per hour across bridges. 

The public is advised to expect traffic delays.
