"Sex Trafficking" suspect Isaiah McCoy asked a federal judge for a "Bench Trial" instead of a "Trial by Jury" Tuesday.

McCoy is representing himself, he also asked for his case to be dismissed today, but a judge denied that request.

He is charged with seven counts of "Sex Trafficking," accused of forcing, threatening, and coercing young women into prostitution.

In Delaware, before moving to Hawaii, McCoy was on "Death Row" convicted of murder, but was later released and found not guilty in his re-trial.
