VIDEO: Passenger unhappy with how Hawaiian Airlines deals with baggage
Have you ever wondered how crew members deal with your personal items?
HONOLULU (KITV) - Have you ever wondered how crew members deal with your personal items?
One man sent us this video showing a Hawaiian Airlines crew member unloading passengers' luggage from the plane.
"As if baggage cost wasn't high enough you have people who are supposed to safely and securely take care of your property, destroying them instead!!" said David Christian, the dissatisfied customer.
Hawaiian Airlines responded by tweeting this:
Aloha Vanessa, we’re very sorry to see this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The way these bags were handled is not acceptable and our Airport Operations Management team is addressing this situation. Thank you.— Hawaiian Airlines (@HawaiianAir) May 10, 2018
