HONOLULU - Hawaiian native Kamuela Grugier-Hill is now a Super Bowl Champ. He's a hybrid player for the Eagles and it's his second year in the NFL.

It wasn't until later in high school that he started playing football, as he was busy with soccer, wrestling and volleyball.

"I knew Kamu since he was a baby and just seeing him achieve all these things and how he struggled through college high school. You know he only started when he was in high school," said friend, Rey Rodriguez.

The family is planning a big celebration after he returns from Philadelphia.
