HONOLULU - President Donald Trump is scheduled to stop in Hawaii during an upcoming trip to Asia. The White House announced today the president and First Lady will travel to Japan, South Korea, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines as well. The trip is scheduled to last from Nov 3 through Nov. 14. No further details about the Hawaii stop were released.

Both supporters and those who oppose President Trump spoke with KITV after hearing the news.

“I’m ecstatic braddah, hallelujah. I just thank God that in all the midst of this, all the evil that was said about my president, and look what he’s doing,” said Natahn Paikai, a supporter of the president. “If anybody has gotten America back to America, it’s Donald Trump.”

“Oh no, why would we want him here,” said Ashley Ubben, an HPU student.

“Why, what, there’s a lot more going on in the world, he needs to focus on that, not a tour,” said Natalie Thomsen an HPU student.
