Hawaii is giving power back to the counties to decide their own emergency protocols, Gov. David Ige announced in a press conference on Tuesday.
It includes allowing outdoor gatherings of up to 25 people (from 10 people), reopening Parks and Recreation open air gyms, and allowing businesses to hold bigger events on a case-by-case basis.
