PALM COAST, Florida (KITV4) -- KITV4 Chief Meteorologist Pete Caggiano was live in the Northeast Florida region as Hurricane Ian battered into Tampa. 

Hurricane Ian was declared a Category 2 on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, as millions of Floridians are either in evacuation zones or bracing for impact from the Hurricane's rains, winds, and possible power outages.
