UH Manoa offers theft prevention tips after a string of moped thefts on campus

HONOLULU (KITV4) – After a recent string of moped thefts on the University of Hawaii - Manoa campus, the university's Department of Public Safety (DPS) is offering theft prevention tips so other students and faculty members don't fall victim.

According to UH, five mopeds have been reported stolen from various lots near student housing, lower campus, and faculty housing. 

Robert Kekaula Fellow

Kayli Pascal-Martinez is the first recipient of KITV4’s Robert Kekaula Fellowship. Kayli was selected in the Fall of 2022 for this prestigious opportunity out of a broad pool of young applicants who are from Hawaii or currently living in Hawaii. She currently attends University of Hawaii - West Oahu where she is a junior studying Communications and New Media Technologies.
