HONOLULU (KITV4) -- An event celebrating Asian Pacific Heritage Month and Taiwanese American Heritage Week is coming up this holiday weekend. It's called the Taiwan Reminiscence event and it's put on by the Taiwanese Association of America's Hawaii Chapter.

The Taiwan Acrobatic Troupe will perform, and then organizers will give out scholarships to public high school seniors. It's the 16th year the local Taiwanese Association of America has done this for students.
