Longs Drugs:

Longs Drugs (CVS) is now accepting walk-in COVID-19 appointments at 70 pharmacies across Hawai'i, with no appointment necessary. Same-day scheduling, including appointments as soon as one hour from time of scheduling, is also available at CVS.com.

The company’s COVID-19 vaccine scheduler is updated throughout the day to account for same-day cancellations.

Walmart All Hawaii Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacy locations are now administering walk-up COVID-19 vaccines [note - Mililani Walmart does not have a pharmacy and is not able to participate]. 

All Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacy locations across Hawai'i are now accepting walk-in vaccine appointments, as supply allows, in addition to scheduled appointments. Customers who schedule an appointment can complete pre-vaccination paperwork ahead of time, if interested.  

Appointments can be made at walmart.com/COVIDvaccine and samsclub.com/covid. Walmart Pharmacies are open seven days a week (Sam’s Club pharmacies are closed on Sunday), and are administering the approved J&J, Pfizer, and Moderna vaccines. Individuals are not required to be a member to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at Sam’s Club.

Times Pharmacies, First Vitals, One Community Hawaii, and the Nu’uanu YMCA, in support of healthier communities, is offering a special Holiday Season Wellness Rally that includes free COVID-19 Vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna], COVID-19 Vaccine Boosters (Pfizer], Flu Shots and COVID-19 Antibody Tests (to check on neutralizing antibodies in response to the vaccine].

Who is Eligible? Everyone 6 months or older should get a flu vaccine every season with rare exceptions.

O'ahu:

Adventist Health Castle:

Adventist Health Castle and Castle Health Group are offering vaccines to healthcare workers and those 50 years of age and older. Click here to register.

Hawai'i Pacific Health: 

Beginning Monday, the Covid-19 vaccine clinic at Pier 2 in downtown Honolulu, run by Hawai'i Pacific Health (HPH), will close. HPH will continue to provide COVID-19 vaccinations for those ages 12 and older through its new vaccine clinic at Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children. 

Scheduled appointments and walk-in vaccinations will be available from 8 a.m. to noon on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. Appointments can be scheduled online at HawaiiPacificHealth.org/COVIDVaccine.

Walk-in vaccinations are also available at two Straub Medical Center clinic locations:

  • Straub Medical Center – Ward Village Clinic & Urgent Care: 1001 Queen Street, Suite 102
  • Straub Medical Center – Doctors on Call at Sheraton Waikiki: 2255 Kalakaua Avenue

Both locations accept walk-ins for vaccinations daily from noon to 6 p.m. At this time, the Straub clinics are only offering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Participants must do the following:

  • Complete the Pre-Vaccination Assessment & Consent form. A parent/guardian is required to sign for anyone under 18 years of age.
  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Bring your insurance card (uninsured participants are also welcome).
  • Be cleared to come on campus by the Lumisight UH app.
  • Wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

Kaiser Permanente:

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii members and non-members can receive their COVID-19 vaccination at the following sites:

  • Moanalua Medical Center 
  • Hawaii Kai Clinic
  • Mapunapuna Medical Office
  • West Oahu Medical Office

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii will be hosting community vaccine clinics in the coming week. The events below are open to the public and walk-ins are accepted.  All events are administering Pfizer & J&J vaccines.

For KP members and non-members, booking an appointment in advance at kp.org/covidvaccine is the preferred and the best way to make the vaccination experience quick and easy.

Kaiser Permanente:

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii is vaccinating people included in the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Phase 1c at their Hilo and Kona Medical Offices.

Kona Community Hospital:

Kona Community Hospital is now pre-registering kids age 12 to 15 for Covid-19 vaccinations. This comes as the Food and Drug Administration is anticipated to clear the Pfizer vaccine for that age group as early as next week.

To pre-register for Kona Community Hospital on Hawai'i Island, you can call the hospital's hotline at (808) 322-4451 or email KCHCOVIDvaccine@hhsc.org.

Queen's North Hawai'i Community Hospital:

Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital (QNHCH) is scheduling vaccinations for those age 16 and older beginning Monday, April 5. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Walk-in vaccinations will be available for those age 16 and older with no appointment necessary every Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. 

Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. QNHCH offers the Pfizer vaccine.

QNHCH offers the Pfizer vaccine; vaccinations are by appointment only. To request an appointment, email QNHCHvaccine@queens.org and include your name, date of birth, phone number, and employer if you are an essential worker, or call (808) 881-4668.

Those not already registered on kp.org are encouraged to register today by visiting kp.org/register. Non-members may also sign up for a vaccination appointment online by going to kp.org/covidvaccine.

Hawai'i Health Systems:

Kaua'i Veterans Memorial Hospital and Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital is vaccinating anyone 16 years old and older. Click here for a link for to information on upcoming clinics.

Wilcox Health

Beginning this week, mobile vaccine teams in a vaccination van will be visiting the following locations offering free vaccines for the community:

Wilcox Medical Center is expanding its hours for its drive-up COVID-19 specimen collection site beginning Thursday, Aug. 12, to 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Screenings are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals should bring with them a photo ID, insurance card, and a physician’s order for testing. If they do not have a physician’s order, there is a testing fee of $150.

The clinics are open for walk-in vaccinations for individuals ages 12 and older. Both the Pfizer vaccine (2 doses for ages 12+) and Johnson & Johnson vaccine (1 dose for ages 18+) will be offered free of charge. Individuals being vaccinated should bring a picture I.D. and an insurance card if they have one. Minors ages 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will need to sign a consent form for the minor being vaccinated. The mobile vaccination van will return to these same locations three weeks later to administer second doses for those who get the Pfizer vaccine.

Wilcox Medical Center on Kaua‘i has expanded its on-site vaccine clinic hours to offer vaccinations on:

Friday, Oct. 22, in addition to its regular Wednesday clinic, from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Additionally, Wilcox’s mobile vaccine clinics in partnership with the County of Kaua‘i and Hawai‘i Health Systems Corporation continue this week with the mobile vaccination van visiting Anahola Marketplace, Anaina Hou Community Park in Kilauea, and Hanalei.
