Island Pacific Academy American Revolution Museum
Island Pacific Academy fifth graders got creative while studying the American Revolution, deciding to bring history to life with performances, art, and music. Forty students created a dramatic play, posed as wax museum figures, and wrote and performed a Hamilton-like rap and dance. The museum was open to the public and held from noon to 3 pm at Tokai University.

Career fair for girls aims to boost women working STEM fields
If you have a daughter who's interested in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, you might want to encourage her to attend a STEM career fair for girls. The day-long career conference is called "Tech Savvy" and it's for girls in the sixth to ninth grades and their parents.
