Now, the wind has died down now but when we got up here around 15 minutes ago it was gust really bad. I mean, we were told up to 70 miles per hour from this morning. If you look behind us this was just one of dozens of trees that have fallen down. Trees on the road, powers out, communications lines are down up here. Now I'm being joined by Sumner Erdman, President of Ulupalukua Ranch, Tell us how bad it was. I'm 49 and I've been here all my life and I've never seen anything like it. About 2:30 this morning we started having a few gusts. Between 4 and 6, we started having a few gusts and trees bending down, roofs RIGHT NOW WE DON'T KNOW HOW BAD IT IS.W WEWE IT CAUGHT OUR EYE. WHEN WE PULLED UP, IT CAUGHT OUR EYE, HOW DID THAT STEEL BEAM GET CRUSHED LIKE THAT? THE REPORT I GOT THAT LIVES THERE, SAYS ONE OF THE EXTREMEEME GUSTS CAME IN AND LIFTED THE BUILDING AND SCRAPPED THE -- [INAUDIBLE] I -- WENT DOWN. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT? NEVER. SNAPPED BEAMS, BENT BEAMS, BIG I-BEAMS. WE WERE IN THE OFFICE AND WATCHED THE ROOF OF THE STABLES -- A NOISE I NEVER HEARD AND IT JUST WENT OFF. AND AS YOU SAW, IT WENT FLYING ACROSS THE ROAD. PRETTY AMAZING.ING. YOU GUYS ARE OUT HERE. MESSAGE IF PEOPLE ARE COMINGNG FROM THEIR HOTELS? GIVE US A COUPLE OF DAYS. WE'D RATHER NOT HAVE PEOPLE OUT HERE UNTIL THINGS GET CLEANED UP. MULTIPLE POWER LINES ON THE GROUND. THE FEWER PEOPLE OUT HERE THE BETTER WE ARE. WHAT WEEKS WORTH OF WORK. WHAT HAS TO HAPPEN? THE FIRST THING IS WE WILLWILL GET OUR ACCESS ROADS OPENED UP.
