Forecasters at the Central Pacific Hurricane Center say Flossie weakened to a post-tropical remnant low Tuesday morning.
In their 5 a.m. Tuesday report, forecasters say the storm is 40 miles northwest of Lihue. Maximum sustained winds are near 25 mph and is moving west-northwest at 15 mph.
Satellite data and surface observations show that there is no longer any organized thunderstorm activity nor a well-defined center of circulation and is no longer a tropical cyclone, said forecasters.
A flash flood watch is still in effect for Hawaiian Islands through early Wednesday morning.
This is the final advisory from the Central Pacific Hurricane Center on Flossie.
