A flash flood watch is now posted for Oahu and Kauai until noon Saturday.
A flood advisory is also posted for Kauai until 10 a.m. Saturday.
Radar showed moderate to heavy rain continuing for over. Rain will continue through the morning.
Additional rainfall up to 2 inches is possible over already saturated grounds as rainbands associated with the remnants of Iselle linger over the western half of the island chain.
In addition to possible flash flooding, excessive runoff may result in rock and mudslides in steep terrain.
A flash flood watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Flash flooding is very dangerous. Forecasters say it does not have to be raining heavily where you are for flash flooding to occur.
A hurricane warning is also posted for offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240 nautical miles.
