ADLIB WEATHER In the eastern Pacific, there are 3 tropical systems we're keeping an eye on. Hurricane Karina is moving slowly to the northeast and should weaken to a tropical storm this weekend. Lowell remains a tropical storm and could interact with Karina over the next few days. While Hurricane Marie is expected to strengthen becoming a category 3 after the weekend. But it is also forecast to stay along the mexican coastline and poses no threat to our state. We'll see if they kick up any surf. surf dropping but there will still be plenty of waves around. Southern spots will have 3-6 footers. Expect scattered clouds and morning showers for windward areas, a few of those will reach leeward sides.
