Usually, Rainbow Falls has a raging waterfall, but this is one of the rare times when it is dry.

According to the U.S. drought monitor, the entire state is experiencing some level of drought.

Back in August, CivilBeat.com reported that the state could have a dry winter and spring, which is normally Hawaii's wet season.
