Early Summer Swell To Peak Over The Weekend

HONOLULU -- The National Weather Service has issued a high surf advisory for the south facing shores of all islands, effective 4 a.m. Saturday and continuing through 6 p.m. Sunday.Occasional sets may reach 10 feet in face along affect shorelines this weekend, before lowering Sunday night.A high surf advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in the advisory area, producing rip currents and localized beach erosion.
