On the fifth day of fall camp for the University of Hawaii football team, first-year head coach Norm Chow named seniors Paipai Falemalu and Jeremiah Ostrowski as the team captains.
Ostrowski is a 5-foot-9-inch receiver from Punahou School weighing 179 pounds. He also played basketball for the Rainbow Warriors for the past two seasons.
Falemalu is a 6-foot-3-inch defensive end out of Kahuku High School weighing 245 pounds.
The season opener is 25 days away against 3rd-ranked USC.
The Warriors game against the Trojans is on the road on Sept. 1.
Practice on Wednesday begins at 2 p.m. on the Manoa campus.
