KITV4 Sports has learned that University of Hawaii defensive tackle Geordan Hanohano has ended his college career.
The decision comes after recommendations from doctors after an injury sustained against Brigham Young University last Friday.
Officially, the injury was a stinger to his neck. He was taken off the field on a stretcher in Provo, Utah.
This is the second time in his career he sustained a stinger to his neck.
Hanohano is a graduate of St. Louis School.
