HONOLULU - Women in Hawaii, 12 other states and Washington, D.C. can still get birth control through their employer, for now.

A U.S. judge blocked Trump Administration rules that would let more employers opt out of birth control coverage.

Hawaii and the other states argue that women would be forced to turn to state funded programs for birth control, and experience unintended pregnancies.

The regulations, which the Trump Administration announced in October of 2017, has now been blocked nationally.
