Cornhole in Hawaii. You may have seen it at family barbeque's, beach parties, even a few local eateries. And now, the Hawaii Cornhole League, created by brothers Jeric and Jerel Lake is trying to grow the game in the islands.

Right now Hawaii has no tournaments to earn points to participate in larger American Cornhole League (ACL) tournaments on the mainland, but Jeric and Jerel and trying to change that. They have set up several events and tournaments across Oahu.

"Our goal is to put in as many events and competitions as we can so you can accrue points to enter these big tournaments where you can win 10, 15, 20, 100-thousand dollars. So if we can really cultivate that, we know we have some local players that can compete at that level", said Jeric Lake of the Hawaii Cornhole League.

The league is working on a Halloween tournament and currently puts on Monday night tournaments at Waikiki Brewing Company.
