A hometown parade to celebrate 115-years in business
WISCONSIN - Motorcycle engines roared through downtown Milwaukee Sunday as Harley Davidson fans celebrated their favorite bike brand.
Thousands of riders took part in a parade marking Harley's 115th anniversary. Many of them came from around the world.
Harley was founded in Milwaukee in 1903 and the company is still headquartered there. Harley Davidson has come a long way since its first bike was built in a wooden shed in Milwaukee. According to the company website, Harley now employs close to 9000 people in the US and abroad.
